Capitaliox operates as a Collective Financing Platform registered with the National Securities Commission (CNV) under No. 154/2024, within the framework of Law 27,349 on Support for Entrepreneurial Capital.
3. Acceptance
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not continue browsing.
4. Investments
Investments in projects published on the platform involve risks, including the possibility of total loss of capital. Capitaliox does not guarantee returns. Before investing, read the particular terms of each project.
5. Anti-money laundering
Capitaliox complies with Law 25,246 and complementary FIU regulations. We may request additional documentation to verify identity and origin of funds.
6. Intellectual property
All content (trademarks, texts, images, software) is owned by Capitaliox or its licensors and is protected by Law 11,723.
7. Limitation of liability
Capitaliox is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site. We make reasonable efforts to keep information up to date but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Argentine law. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
