Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, is the controller of your personal data in accordance with Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and complementary regulations issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
2. Data we collect
We collect data you provide (name, email, phone and, when applicable, ID document and financial information to verify your identity) and technical data generated during your browsing (IP address, device identifier, visited pages).
3. Purposes
We process your data to manage your subscription to communications, send you investment opportunities, comply with regulatory obligations before the CNV and the FIU (Law 25,246), prevent fraud and improve the platform.
4. Legal bases
The legal bases are your consent, the execution of the contractual relationship with you and the fulfillment of legal obligations applicable to the Argentine financial sector.
5. Retention
We keep the data for the time necessary to fulfill the described purposes and, where applicable, for the periods required by Argentine regulations (up to ten years for financial records).
6. Recipients
We may share data with technology, accounting, legal and fraud prevention providers, all bound by confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal data.
7. Rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, update and deletion by writing to investors@capitaliox.com. You can also file a claim before the AAIP.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls and audit logs) to protect your personal data.

We may update this policy. We will publish the current version on this site with its update date.
